Fibonnacci retracements. Stocks move in waves as you have noticed. We have just finished a long downtrend as per the blue line here. Now that we have broken out of that downtrend we go up but the question remains : up where or until when?

Fibonnacci calculates probable levels and are color coded in the chart. Next level is .60
