Definitely too coincidental and as I've said before, like a few others on the board, I strongly believe their fates are intertwined particularly in terms of timing. What I think both companies are waiting on is the official transfer and registration of titles to GLW. When looking back at GWY the talks were put on hold in mid June. They didn't actually break down because AUX continued to work with GWY to secure the titles, albeit with no formal commitment of anything. But they did guarantee the loan etc. which tells me that the talks didn't break down they just weren't prepared to move until the ducks were all in a row. Once the titles were secured, the two parties re-engaged formally on October 12th and a deal was announced one week later, meaning the particulars had already been settled on. The same is likely happening here as well....particulars in place now and just waiting on a bit of homework to be completed before pulling the trigger. BH
