Management Services Agreement Question?

Management Services Agreement Question?From what I have read the current agreement started on Nov 1 2006 and was signed for 10 years. Can anyone confirm that the current agreement does expire Nov 1 2016? If so, is there any idea when/if this will be extended to IOL/Exxon and/or another owner or managed internalally again?
