Likely a small pop in price soon....Since they are trying to raise money at $0.13 per share they will do everything possible to keep this above the offering price. If they are not able to get this above $0.13, then I would expect the offering price to be dropped into the $0.07 to $0.08 range assuming the stock is trading at $0.10. A bad omen for shareholders is the fact the CEO let 750,000 in the money options expire recently rather than put $75,000 into his own company. Great guy, take out millions in bonuses and salary, but not put some of that money back into the company when it needs it.
