RE:Re Re I wonderThanks mesa1 and bondia. Cooler heads. A no vote gives DML the opportunity to take into account the R600W findings, revise the ratio upward and present a fair offer. A yes vote is irrevocable. FCU has improved since the terms were announced. DML hasn't. Voting no is not irrevocable; it sends the message that the agreement AS IT STANDS is inadequate and unbalanced. I buy into the idea of synergy/size matters etc. Just not at the price I'll vote to reject.
