RE:Takeover or Take Private

RE:Takeover or Take PrivateThat would be fantastic, but at this point it is pure speculation and completely unfounded.

Analysts have consistently lowered the target price over the last few quarters so everybody should take the current range with a huge grain of salt.

While I think the current share price is a big discount, short-term volatility should continue. Every time you think this stock has bottomed it just continues to hit new lows.

Upside looks very slim until at least Q3. If AVO does not smash it completely out of the park, it is hard to see this ship turning around. Though if you take a long-term approach I think it is worth averaging down here and holding until Q2 in 2016 to see what revenue increases and cost efficiencies the Texas plant can bring to the table.

Fundamentally this stock is still extremely solid and should not be trading this low. I think there is a lot of anxiety over the erractic management moves and only a home-run quarter will drive interest back up.
