RE:On friday?Looking at the board, there's allegedly more information coming on September 8th ("save the date") on the plant location... Purchase of buildings for facilities, support from local economic development committee etc. They may have wanted this to have some visibility before other information needs to come out.
Also it's the Friday before the long weekend... Maybe it was to tell everyone the permitting's all done before heading into the long weekend on a good note kind of thing.
I don't know, I'm just throwing thoughts out. Either way, while this is huge news, it was also pretty expected and not as signifigant as other things we'll hear going forward (financing/finding buyers etc).
