Jeb Handwerger Interview of Kyler Hardy

Jeb Handwerger Interview of Kyler HardyLet me give a shameless plug to Jeb Handwerger.  As a subscriber to his newsletter, I've benefited greatly.  He turned me on to Equitas Resources back in early August when it was much lower priced than it is today.  Jeb recently gave an interview of Kyler Hardy of Equitas on August 14.  Below is my take from the conversation, the important points I took away from the discussion.

When asked about his "team", Kyler Hardy disussed his personal antraprenuer accomplishments, ambisions, and love of the mining industry.  He thinks very highly of Equitas.

He then went on to discuss Everett Makela - VP of Exploration, and his imporatance to Equitas.  In the interview he discussed how it was Mr. Makela himself who called Equitas wanting to join the team.  After Equitas acquired the property, he recognized the potential and wanted to play a part in the companies success working the Garland Property.  They were more than happy to include him part of the team.

As for Geophysicist Alan King, VTEM specialist and global expert, outside consultant to Equitas. They consider him part of the team, he is instrumental in guiding the exploration activities.
He was personally brought on board by Everett Makela who had worked with him in the past and was well aware of his talents and exerpiences.  He wanted him to be apart of this project and Alan King jumped at the opportunity.

Raymond Goldie – Director.  A Senior Mining Analyst who was in the Voisey Bay area on a mapping crew prior to the original discovery many years ago.  He saw what was developing at Equitas and approached them to join the team.  Some of the opportunities he has opened up for Equitas have been absolutely brilliant according to Kyler.

For those wondering, they are planning on drilling target A B & C during this current drill program.

He talks about the fact that from day one they’ve oversubscribed every financing.  Investors recognize the opportunity, they understand the potential of what’s developing at Equitas and they are eager to participate in the financing of the company.  All the cash from the current flow through financing is going directly into the ground for the INITIAL round of drilling.  Management is really excited and Kyler will be on site as the first core comes out of the ground.  He considers them chasing elephants, world class opportunities.  My take is they are NOT messing around.  Go BIG or go home!!!  ;)

The are focused on Nickel with this project (Garland), as well as others outside of the Voisey’s Bay area, continually leaning on Everett’s experiences and exploration talents around the world, they don’t want any weak members (as in properties) on their team.  If they don’t get positive results right away, they are moving on to other potential home run opportunities elsewhere.  They are looking for the next elephants, the next major nickel targets around the world including Canada and Australia that will rival what they are working on now.  They are primarily looking for massive targets with huge upside potential.  And they are leaning heavily on their exploration managment team to uncover new opportunies.

Kyler anticipates huge developments coming out of Equitas with the next 6 to 18 months.

Anyway, great interview.  It's a speculative bet but I'm willing to play.  Looking forward to the coming weeks as things develop and become more clear.

GLTA

Cheers!

Scott
