Its projects include South Grass Valley, Kelly Creek, and Awakening. The South Grass Valley Project is located approximately 50 kilometers (km) south-southwest of Barrick Gold Corp.'s Cortez complex, within the specific region of north-central Nevada. The Kelly Creek Project is located approximately 40 km north-northwest of Battle Mountain in Humboldt County, Nevada. The Awakening Project is located in Humboldt County, Nevada, 50 km north-northwest of Winnemucca, and 4,000 meters north of the 4.8-million-ounce Sleeper Gold Mine. The Company controls a large strategic land position in the central Powder River Basin of Wyoming and operates the Nichols Ranch ISR uranium project.

This share is very unusual. It was fully cashed up and was able to do so at historically low bear markket levels. Wade Hodges (CEO) took back pay in shares. Others were paid back loans in shares. Think about that.

Forking over $ 600,000+ to a company whose bid was 1/2 cent share!!

I am impressed.
