Sometimes you just have to do what you have to doDelisting keeps the costs down. It is expensive to stay on the TSX. Maybe they will regroup and show back up on the TSXV. On the other hand they might not have many shareholders that allows them to say goodbye. Either the virtual room the CEO set up is empty or they are going to run out of cash. My guess is they are going away, they will change their name and show back up on the TSXV when the market turns around with another story line. Remember the CEO is the largest shareholder. Maybe they will delist and sell MAY privately and retire. That would probably be the best scenerio for the CEO. Investors not on the inside will evacuate on Tuesday. If none do then there are very little shareholders in this one. Just an opinion. Cheers.
