1. yep, nice acquisition
2. I am against an all android phone. Why not a dual boot with both blackberry and android with some of the better Blackberry features like the hub etc?

If BlackBerry shelves and publically denounces the rumored All-Android phone(s) they might actually now be taken seriously again.
