You imagine the political nightmare this would unravel if a Canadian court ruled in favour of a Canadian firm against the decision of the CiS Economic court decision which was defined as one of most important arbitration decisions in 2014 by the world top law panel! Honestly wake up!!!!!

its now been 2 or 3 months when we were meant to have this court case. Stans are delaying the inevitable by not setting any new dates for this! We're still reviewing etx is the answer! This case has been reviewed for over 4 years and yes they need time for the new law firm to review but a date must be set and it must be set for 2015! This is beyond a joke!

yes I am frustrated because the company hasn't done a single thing apart from this legal case for 2 years now! Diversify into Russia or increase the share price by showing progress! The lease they can do is my be quickly so they can get a big slam dunk no and realise that they have to file a new arbitration case which means another 3 years for us!
