I'm actually equally interested in finding out whether the  diversification issue is on the back burner until the litigation is resolved or whether it is continuing as before or whether it is more or less a lost cause unless something amazing lands in management's lap.

I guess the continued retention of the investment banker would indicate whether it is a serious consideration.  Anyone know if they are they still on the payroll?
