The fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the materials sector. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Materials Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (SPDJI), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc., deems to be part of the materials sector of the economy and that SPDJI believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200.

RE:IamGold In Talks to Buy Remainder of Sadiola & Yatela...As part of their Q2 report in August,  IMG announced they have suspended negotiations to buy out the balance of Sadiola and Yatela.

That's positive for MXI.  As IMG backs away from so many cash-draining ventures such as Sadiola and Cote Lake, there is almost nothing left for great options for the future of the company.......except Boto/Diakha/Siribaya.   They stated earlier this year that the only projects they saw as good were the ones in their own pipeline.   I think we will soon see them make a move to develop Boto and MXI will be there for the ride.
