value and risk

value and riskI owned this for a bit and sold it... wondering whether to get back in.  Seems to have very good value (thanks Method) but if we were to go in to a bear market how badly would it be hit?  More than most since it is managing money?

Seems to have good support in the 90's, but not liquid so have to scale in or out and be patient.
