new insider is Ali Abbas Al Hazeem Mr. Ali Abbas Al Hazeem co-founded Ingenium Capital Group, Inc. and serves as its Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Al Hazeem served as a financial consultant and relationship manager with Merrill Lynch International where he structured and managed portfolios for high net worth investors. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Orex Exploration Inc. from October 24, 2007 to March 31, 2008.
