Mr. Ali Abbas Al Hazeem co-founded Ingenium Capital Group, Inc. and serves as its Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Al Hazeem served as a financial consultant and relationship manager with Merrill Lynch International where he structured and managed portfolios for high net worth investors. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Orex Exploration Inc. from October 24, 2007 to March 31, 2008.

He is an entrepreneur and venture capitalist, and an active investor in the Canadian markets. He is the Founder and Chairman of Amarium Commodities DMCC, a commodities brokerage and trading firm headquartered in Dubai (United Arab Emirates). He served as Chairman and Director of Orex Exploration Inc. from April 2008 to December 2009. Mr. Al Hazeem serves as a director and co-owner of Intercoil International Co. LLC, an industrial company based in Dubai. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board of Fancamp Exploration Ltd. since August 2014 and served its Director from October 25, 2013 to August 15, 2014.

Mr. Al Hazeem served as a director of the Kuwait Clearing Company S.A.K., the Kuwait Real Estate Bank and the Financial Group of Kuwait (Asset Management and Investment Banking Firm). He served as Director of Petichor Energy. Mr. Al Hazeem served as an Independent Director of Uragold Bay Resources Inc. since April 07, 2009, Petrichor Energy Inc. from August 20, 2007 to February 7, 2011 and Pershimco Resources Inc. until April 2008.

He also was previously registered with the NASDAQ, NYSE, CBOE and the Philadelphia Exchange (PHLX) as a general securities representative. He is also a registered with the NFA and the CFTC as a commodities and futures representative. Most recently, he was an adjunct lecturer in finance at the American University of Dubai. Mr. Al Hazeem is fluent in Arabic, English and French. Mr. Al Hazeem holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from the American University of Switzerland and an MBA in financial studies from the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom.
