Not Panicking
Not PanickingJust venting as I have been in for years. I was at the plant site 3 years ago and walked around the original building. Much has changed. They were just starting construction of the next building. It seems so long ago. We went to Grande Valle as well and talked to a geologist who confirmed that they have all the feedstock they need for many years to come. Back then it seemed exciting and quite plausible. With the aluminum smelters right across the St. Lawrence. Now SGA is in 3rd place behind red mud remediation and HPA. Now the red mud remediation may be what gets us there but they have to show us they can do it. I talked to Mark Lakmaaker today and I got the usual everything is going according to plan. Commissioning in 3Q and production in Q4. I know this is disruptive tech. and I hope it works for the environment , the local economy and of course yes I want to make some money. Being from AB I know we need better tech to clean up our messes. Look @ the oilsands. That can and should be done better and it will. Still in until we win.
