They have the properties and mill for a bright future, but the debt and gold stream is strangling the company. Further gold stream and debt will bankrupt the company. PP will dilute the stock, more cheap warrants and a big sell off 4 months after issue. I really do think a takeover or merger with a company with cash who will clear the debts and make the operation profitable is the most likely scenario. I have not taken a position yet, will wait for the financials and see what happens. I think there is a wall at 5c as paper from the last PP is still being sold off.
