RE:RE:when is the mgmt team going to wake upSS I am an iphone user, and I recently picked up some shares at .20 so time for you to pull your head out of you know where. Marketing and branding are useless if you can't answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner, if you can't deliver product in a timely manner (and they have very few items that they sell), if you can't properly train your customer service reps, if you cannot provide immediate responses to customer enquiries. being the coolest thing on the planet is no good if you piss off customers and send them to your competitors because your focus is on being cool not responsive. do they have teenagers in customer service? reading facebook one might think so. someone at the exec level is an empty suit imo.
