RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:MTO continues to drillDoesn't change float on a dollar basis. Somebody still has to buy the exact same dollar amount to lock up float. Just do a buyback and it will get rid of excess shares, shorters will cover and flee and market will look kindly on the company for being astute enough to buy when so far below book value.
