KIRKLAND LAKE, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Sept. 9, 2015) - NORDEX EXPLOSIVES LTD. (TSX VENTURE:NXX) ("Nordex" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announced the signing of a two year supply agreement ("Agreement") with Alamos Gold Inc. (AGI:TSX) ("Alamos") for the supply of explosive products to their Young-Davidson Mine located in Matachewan, Ontario. Under the terms of the Agreement, a minimum of 90% of all explosive product requirements will be purchased from Nordex. There is no minimum volume or dollar commitment and resulting explosive sales will be a function of the operating activities of Alamos at the Young-Davidson Mine.

Prior to signing this Agreement, Alamos had purchased explosives from Nordex as well as other explosive suppliers and manufacturers. The Agreement is effective September 1, 2015 until August 31, 2017.
Alamos is a Canadian based intermediate gold producer with diversified production from three operating mines in North America, including the Young-Davidson Mine in Northern Ontario. The Young-Davidson Mine is a flagship operation of Alamos and among Canada's largest underground gold mines.
