The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Insiders Ownership is About 11%, pro forma the PNA DealHollywod, the bet is really not when PTA will turn the corner but when oil will recover. No oile companies are increasing in value while oil is stagnant or declining. If you think it will take 3 months for WTI to get back to $70 then PTA will be well over $1 by then. I personally think this is 6-12 months out before a significant recovery. When that happens there are not many companies in better shape to capitalize on it than PTA. PTA also has alot of upcoming drilling activityover the next 3 quarters which will be well timed for a price recovery. PTA also is in good position to weather the storm if it takes longer for commodity prices to recover. I am a value investor and got in at an average of $0.74 a share. I don't see a lot of down side risk and it is only a matter of time before oil is back up to $70-80 a barrel. GL Zoo
