The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

You have not realized WHAT you buy when you buy PTA at the current price.

You have not realized that PTA is debt free and its EV is just US$33 million now.

You have not realized what has happened with the other energy names during the last 10 months.

You have not realized that numerous other energy names have plunged.

You have not realized that this is a survival game.

You have not realized that PTA will survive and come out stronger while MANY OTHER ENERGY NAMES will go broke and disappear.

You have not realized that PTA ACQUIRED companies when the other energy names try to find money to pay their debt.

You have not realized so many things from the energy sector, and you keep living in your cave while watching ONLY PTA's performance.

I am really sorry for you and your extremely short-sighted approach. You had better stop investing NOW, because you will lose a ton of money in the stock market, as you have not realized HOW things work in the stock market and which companies are the winners and which ones are the losers in the next cycle.
