I'm pretty sure SU knows the value of the upgrader, which is worth billions, just on the production numbers and the difference in selling price between WCS and UPgraded symthetic oil, plus no major capitla projects for multiple years.

if that's your opinion that fine, we all have them, but if you know more based on reading something somewhere then please post.
