anyone know what gives with RNK...

anyone know what gives with RNK.....so RNK showed up a screen i did of high growth under valued microstocks in Canada..

..i went to Sedar to do some research and found this bizarre gem (which BTW didn't appear to have been NR'ed (not on stockhouse)  it appears on Sep 01 insiders did PP (i assume to themselves) as follows 1.2M units priced at get this stunner $0.10 (this is one share and one warrant good for 5 years at $0.10)

...now as best i can tell RNK trades around $0.25 can this be true cause if so and i was a shareholder i would be outraged and calling the regulators

..is this typical of the ownership set up at RNK and if so i can see why it so supposedly undervalued...

TIA if anyone can help
