RE:RE:RE:RE:OPEC could meet to cut production

RE:RE:RE:RE:OPEC could meet to cut productionorlandofl, all good comments and countries OPEC and non will have to come to a consensus for everyone's best interests. Now, that is where it gets real interesting, which countries would be in agreement and more importantly how "willing" to form this agreement. How would it be monitored and policed? Also, how would it be controlled within individual countries i.e. Canadian big oil companies get to produce more and small companies will need to cap production for instance. The free market system would be the most fair, however if all countries decreased their production somewhat everyone wins. Taking 2 million off the market accounts to roughly 2 percent reduction from all countries, and back into a demand for oil situation and prices rise. Sounds good in theory but unlikely or many challenges to work to implement, as could become an unfair system.
