mindless, this is just full confirmation of what i have long known, the stock market is THE HAVEN AND TARGET for any criminal element with half a brain...and Canada is a cesspool of very serious securities fraud and why a) big big big big money to be made b) very very very very low risk of getting caught c) even if caught very very very very little chance of being charged and d) if charged very very ver little chance of being found guilty and e) even if found guilty the penalties never equal the crime and if anything just emboldened the criminals...i suspect up to 10% of Quebecs GDP related to public companies is stolen via stock market crime
