RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The deall"Well he gets paid 250K and a car allowance from INT and 190K and carr allowance from yappn.
I also think he might get 10% of the sale as a bonus but I don't know which contract that is under."
RE:Is Yappn Chat Dead Yet ?
"how many employees does this company have anyways ? "

Employees
As of May 31, 2014, we had two employees. In June 2014, we entered into an employment agreement with Mr. Lucatch. Our Chief Financial Officer is not an employees but is retained as part of a related party service agreement. We believe our employee relations to be good. We, at this time, have a number of contracted service providers, some of which are related parties.
Now what is funny is that David has been running this so called company and was not even a true blue employee of it prior to June of this year. Next, he was hired by the CFO who by the above statement is also not an employee of the company. I wonder if the kid at the McDonalds drive-thru would be willing to hire me to be the CEO of Cisco if I gave him a 25 cent tip?
Now read the highlights of his employment contract. The humour is not so much in the individual layers, but in the multitude of layers
-$190,000 base salary that goes to $250,000 at any time just because.
-Bonuses equal to 100% of the base salary at any time just because
-10% of the net proceeds from a divesture
-Up to 20% of any class B share issuance
- A flat $24,000 a year in car expenses but all car expense deemed to be for actual company business shall be paid on top of that.
-5 weeks paid vacation
- 3 million incentive options at 10 cents
- 1 years salary if terminated (excluding just cause)
- The board (?) acknowledges that he is also the CEO of some little thing called INT and it is okay with them if he takes a little time to collect his bag of goodies from that end too. (Both being located in the same office should cut down on travel expenses...well, maybe)
