More RestartsThe loading of fuel assemblies into the core of unit 2 of the Sendai nuclear power plant in Japan began today in preparation for the reactor's restart, Kyushu Electric Power Company announced. The company previously said that fuel loading at unit 2 would begin once unit 1 had resumed commercial operation, which it did yesterday. Unit 1 was the first Japanese reactor to be restarted after the country's entire fleet was taken offline by the government following the March 2011 Fukushima Daiichi accident.
