I checked out the financials and didn't see where or how much the other divisions were contributing to revenue.
I like diversification too, it just makes it harder to be aquired until they divest themselves of "non-performing assets." Encana (I own it) has recently done just that as they try to focus their operations. I doubt anyone wants to aquire assets all over North America anymore than one wants to aquire a company with three different divisions with no synchronicity. I think that's why GE trades at such a massive discount; no one can figure out what the conglomerate really is.
I'm rambling, all that to say, I think Vecima needs to restructure and make some hard decisions.
Still holding 2000 shares and optimistic about the future.
