North Shore Uranium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration for uranium deposits at the eastern margin of Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin. The Company conducts its exploration programs on its two properties, the Falcon Property and the West Bear Property. The Falcon Property is located approximately 35-kilometer (km) east of the former Key Lake Mine and the active Key Lake uranium mill which processes ore from the McCarthur River Mine. The West Bear property consists of five mineral claims totaling 4,511 hectares located at the eastern edge of the Athabasca Basin which hosts two producing uranium mines.

We are not in the bright spot right now,yes. But the dividend is coming as expected. With annual pay of $32M NSU can go for 15 years with it's cash balance paying that dividend. In the meantime the price of copper may rebound .I didn't "double" my position but I bought some , say 30% more below CAD $4.And I'm comfortable with that. Court case? Really? As for buying another company I am comfortable with NSU having a lot of cash instead. May be buying some stock back will be better. We need to see next Q results. It has to generate a little bit more profit than just to pay dividends to make the sp move higher. I don't see any reasons for panic.
