Modi's government can't sort this simple problem for over a year, no wonder why he can't find support to pass the land bill from the upper house. Here he doesn't need any third  party's support. I think they are like Alberta's government who are not ready to support their own companies or maybe they want these companies(like Reliance) to invest in something else since they are getting rates from  elsewhere. Something fishy going on !!! Or maybe they are reinventing the recipe to make curry in a hurry!! Who knows, if someone does please let us know. Thank you very much. I feel like having a drink for now and wake up in the afternoon to watch the doubleheader. Go Jays Go!!!
