Breakout AlertOne of my favourite plays is definitely PSP.V I first loaded @.16 but have been loading over the last few weeks when ever anyone wants to give up their cheap shares. They are very hard to come by lately. If this hits .25 next week, I don't think there is much stopping us until we hit the .30's. Sellers are definitely disappearing. Check the chart.
