RE:RE:RE:Peter hodsonYour dilution argument is lame basher bs. They will only make acquisitions if they are ACRRETIVE....in other words, the target must increase the revenue, ebitda, and net income on a per share basis after including the increase in shares issued......

Msl needs to prove themselves by getting back on track with a good quarter or two as any small cap needs to after a stumble. Maybe the market is looking at the negative ebit, the debt load, the seven figure interest burden or the large intagible asset on the balance sheet which needs to be expensed. Maybe its just the overhang of the shelf prospectus or funds exiting for something more proven, i don't proclaim to know for sure, but the tide is going out for a reason. Lower highs and lower lows keep telling the story on investor sentiment. Please no attacks, i'm only stating the obvious. We are only a few % from a drop to a lower trading range and if they use the shelf prospectus at that point it will mean ALOT more dilution for long term holders . My personal opinion is they are caught between a rock and a hard place. They don't have enough money to make sizeable acquisition and if something was available they would really piss off funds who bought at $3.00 if they did another round at a lower price. This is why i'm told funds are likely selling so they don't get caught and can buy the cheaper prospectus. Its not their first time at the rodeo, i expect the selling pressure to continue until something meaningful changes. Jmho.
