have to wonder what's going on

have to wonder what's going onD/G typically promote like crazy and yet nothing coming out on the company.  D/G vended 20M of their PHM shares at 1.40/share when MDS was 9.50. At today's price of 7.53  I wonder what the PHM stock in the fund would be valued at.
