Good post. Yes I too know about being patient . 5 years ago bought WTN, a Canadian coal company. That's when coal was still hot. PPS was slamed because of a bad Q. PPS dropped to .75cents. I couldn't believe it. Scooped up 14000shares. Everyone on the board was negative. I held it as pps slowly leveled out. Then pps started to climb with better quarters. Soon it was 5 and then 7 bucks. But it took 2 years which many did not want to wait but then paid more to get back in. Then Walter Coal offered to buy it out. Woke up and checked the stock. Opened up over 3 bucks up. That was 42 grand for me in one day. I sold my stock at $10.50. Very glad it held through all the nonsense. PHM is very similar. Patience is the key. Then watch people chase the stock when it starts going up. imo
