I agree - the only reason I could think they release this information is to get the share price moving but would it really have made a difference delaying 30 days.  And imagine what would happen if the deal falls apart.

You would think management would have learned there lesson with the DIWIP aquisition.  They announce that aquisition without the finaces being baked and wonder why the underwriter strung them along.  This stupidity crushed existing shareholders.

I really feel the current management team borders on incompetence.  Daniel needs to be moved into a role where he identifies aquisitions and the rest can help with the integration.  They need to bring someone on board who knows how to run a public company, fund aquisitions in the best interest of current shareholders and oversee a roleback which is inevitable aftert the DIWIP private placement disaster.
