Re Stack post. One thing I have learnt is that stocks dont always follow the rule. They are sometimes worth what people are paying. Not just on a valuation basis. Some say this is what a stocks worth . Is it really?? Depends also on demand and popularity of the stock. A stock could be selling for alot more than its worth just as a stock can be sold off for alot cheaper than its worth. Look at oil plays. They have a been hit bad because of sentiment. PHM may rise more then analysts say it should be if demand increases at a fast pace and because of the sector PHM is in with not much compitition. We will see and it will be fun to watch. Imo
