LOL10% is correct, converts may not be converted but if they do, then goes to 20% but again WHO cares, this is not dilution in the sense of a biotech making no cashflow, they are issuing shares to buy more assets that kick off good cashflow and in fact like I said before, and read very carefully - this is ACCRETIVE - cashflow /share goes up 25% so even with the additional shares (or so called dilution as you call it) , the cashflow /share is up 25% - that is what matters - again please get a clue
