Actually they have no choice to say that talks are progessing very well.... They want to be politically correct to the shareholders. But the reality, who really knows? This stock is over manipulated and in the short term, if there is no other good rumors or news soon, the manipulators will probably drop it again like they are used to do, in order to be able to load more cheaper shares and wait for the next good news to pump it up again. IMO GLTA
