Need some comments
Need some commentsHow can a society trade goods on a long term basis with just iou currency. As I know it from the days of bartering currency/money/gold was meant to make life easy for the trading. You need to have something to trade. People and companies don't just give their product away...or do they? For example we trade with China. China accepts paper dollars...iou's....bonds. Natural Resources we have in North America to give China? China came here and we sold them commodity companies...example wood , minerals, oil, farms,technology to name a few. Canada was a natural resource country?? I point the fingure at Harper's clan...including secret deals. What hapens now? China brings in labour..Canadian folks put enough pressure on Harper to thin the foriegn labour out. Now that the Chineese have traded trinkets for resource will they continue to trade? They buy our gold on the cheap and pay for it with our own worthless paper. The Chineese IOU 's are thinning down as they trade it for gold right under our nose. Eventually China will shed all the paper bonds for gold or resource. At the end of the day they will have control of our resources , own most of the worlds gold on the cheap , have very little paper iou's. I think our economists our governments and all the bueracrats are fools. Someone show me the errors of my thoughts please.
