Agreed. Litigation costs are upwards of $15 million per year. I can see that easily dropping to under $10 million next year and continue lower. Let's hope the $millions$ in litigation costs finally pay off with the remaining holdouts (ie. Apple, LG, Ericsson).
In any event it's great to see new licenses being signed one after another without the need for litigation. Wilan had better not be offering special discount rates again as incentive. That would suck.
