Would you please reference my supposed statement that says Teuton had nothing to lose by going to court in British Columbia, Misty? After you give some lame excuse for not doing so, I would expect an apology. I doubt I wil get it, though.

More importantly, if the lawsuit is to be overwhelmingly expensive for both parties, why do you demand that Teuton be the one to end all of this? What should American Creek do? Demand all of Treaty Creek? In fact, Misty, American Creek has announced no settlement offer whatsoever and, instead, it announced it was proceding with the lawsuit. That sounds pretty definitive to me, Misty, and now we'll have to endure the consequences. The decisionmakers at American Creek have decided and your pot of gold awaits you at the end of the yellow brick road.
