The case is this doesn't meet the point why people are upset about that merger.

Sivercrest was one of the very few mining companies which generated a profit for the last quarter. And in direct comparison to some bigger mining companies it becomes clear that the operation on the mine has a great performance in the grades and production rates in regard to the costs.

Without the release of the planned take over from FR this stock should be at the level where EDR is, which generated a loss in the last quarter.

So the SHARES of SILVERCREST should be at a level over 2 Dollars per share and not at the actual trashed levels because everybody knows that the limit is 1.30 $ per share.
The management of Silvercrest knew the figures for the quarter when they were in negotiations with FR but dumped the company / mines for that low price. That's kind of the next new scandal on this total corrupted market. ... Just my personal opinion.
