RE:Time for BMO to take out some 20s

RE:Time for BMO to take out some 20sthe theory that the stock price is being kept down by some entity so that a buyout and ultimate shareholder approval of such at a low price seems plausible given the trading patterns we are now seeing.  however, that suggests that managment and the board of mart is in on this scheme.  if they felt mart could survive and ride out this downturn in oil prices, they wouldnt care what the current stock price is when considering potential offers on a $/share basis.  its not like there is a clause that says MW can perform a hostile takeover based on a 30-day moving average in MMT stock price whenever they want.  i fear a lowball offer has already been made and the stock price will be kept at $0.20/share until it happens so that a X/share offer is approved by shareholders b/c current mart mangament and board want out or have some hidden, self-serving benefit to do so.  I think if X is equal to or greater than $0.40, it will be accepted.  I admit, I wouldnt want to approve that price but I probably would b/c a) its double where we are right now, b) i want out of this saga, and c) if not accepted, the real fear is that this company defaults on debt in the future due to sustained low oil prices and the value of our shares evaporates to zilch....so I'd say that the manipulation, if it is occurring, is working.  sadly, a deal below $0.40 might even get approved b/c of the fear out there regarding oil prices.  this seems like a complicated scheme and one that required oil prices to continue to collpase from first offer until now and stay low until they can pull off another offer and get shareholder approval.  a lot of unknowns out there to risk buying so many shares high and selling so many low just to pull this off.

who knows what the hell is going on.  none of this conspiracy theory could be remotely accurate or true.  we are all in the dark.  i'd like to ramp up production, reduce op costs, hire a new CEO, and find a way(selling anything we can to pay the bills) to ride out this downturn but that just doesnt feel like what is going to play out here imo.
