The Company’s Espigao Project covers an area of 72,800 hectares. The Company holds mineral rights totaling 55,559 Ha in the Mirante da Serra Project. The licenses cover an area with an intracratonic basin in the Amazon Cratin, emplaced over crystalline basement rocks of the Jamari metamorphic complex and Mesoproterozoic Rapakivi granites. Its Ariquemes Tin Project comprises a land package in Brazil.

it would have to be within about 2 - 2 1/2 weeks considering the financing that has to
take place and our Nov. 11th deadline to exercise our option. Here's hoping that when
they appear, Cancana will also request a trading halt because of the enormity of the
