Par for the course

Par for the courseIf you are serious about following this story, I highly recommend that you take ten minutes to read a Aug. 2014 posting by Frederick Felder, consultant to the mineral sector, and former executive VP of Colombia-focused Greystar Resources (now Eco Oro Minerals) from 2004 to 2011. I cannot attest to the accuracy of its content, but it sketches out a good picture of the politcial and social arenas in Colombia as they directly impact mining. Frankly, it is a fascinating read and makes some sense (if you can call it that) of the recent CNL news. It appears to me that in Colombia this kind of behaviour is par for the course.
