Unfortunately, when you apply the .2769 conversion ratio to your SVL position, you'll end up with an odd lot of FR. I worked out a formula, only to discover that I'd have to purchase several hundred thousand more shares of SVL to end up with no odd lot of FR after the dust settled. I decided not to worry about it, as the eventual odd lot will be scooped up by the traders, possibly at a slight discount to the prevailing share price, but not enough to worry about it.
