No, but I do reconize that an attempt by the upper echelon to transfer 100% of their investment out of the company they had pumped relentlessly for months, to a fund in which PHM comprises a 10-15% weighting, as a massive red flag. Regardless of the nomenclature used to describe their actions - in this context, it was a sell.
